Dies vereinfacht die Nutzung und vermindert notwendige Schnittstellen für den Datenaustausch. Was aber, wenn hilfreiche oder benötigte Funktionen bei den eingesetzten Plattformen fehlen? Was, wenn sogar die Mehrheit der Anwender dies wünscht, der Hersteller aber partout keine Anstalten macht, dies in seine Roadmap aufzunehmen? Genau so eine Situation erdulden gerade die Benutzer von Microsoft Planner.
